EMILY LUELLEN // February 2017

Emily Luellen is from sunny California, here she is shown flexing her killer back muscles for us on back day!

About Emily:

“I'm from the beautiful central coast of California, a small town called Paso Robles.

My favorite hobby aside from weightlifting is hiking with my yellow lab, Doughboy.

My favorite body part would have to be my arms, specifically triceps. I really enjoy the bench press and crushing people's expectations.

My favorite food would probably be tacos if I had to choose. And my biggest inspiration is Michelle Lewin; Not only is she gorgeous and ridiculously fit, but also very humble and down to earth.”

You look amazing Emily. Keep lifting and keep flexing!

Dion Bethea // march 2018

This American Warrior is not only strong enough to withstand any storm, HE IS THE STORM! Dedicated in building quality muscle as well as protecting our country, Dion maintains a solid physique and healthy lifestyle.

About Dion:

"I am from Seattle, WA born and raised. Stationed in Oceanside, CA while serving in the marines, moved to Orlando, FL in 06 and back home to Seattle in 2009.

My hobbies besides bodybuilding is coaching at my former high school Rainier Beach. I am a true Viking that bleeds orange and blue.

My favorite body part is my chest. When I have a good pump, it’s the main thing that stands out, although I’m told my lats are pretty good.

My favorite workout is definitely shoulder press. I love using the smith machine to do it, especially when there is a mirror up close. It’s probably my strongest workout, I can shoulder press 225 on free.

My favorite food or cheat meal is Famous Dave’s. I can eat those ribs, Wilbur beans, and corn bread muffins all day every day. My inspiration comes from my father Michael Bethea head coach of the Rainier Beach boys basketball team. He taught me what being a man is all about and how to be a winner. He is a 8x state champion (most of any coach in WA state) most importantly, he is and has always been my hero. He’s been there for me every time I needed him and if I could be like anybody in the world, it would be him."

Shannon Hammet // may 2018

She brings beauty and incredible amounts of power and determination to the stage! Shannon is not a quitter! Win or lose she is always a champion and a inspiration to those around her.

About Shannon:

“I am a single mom with two beautiful daughters from Pasadena Maryland, currently living in South Carolina. Aside from weight lifting my girls and I truly enjoy the outdoors. Hiking is a big hobby of ours, so we try to hit the trails as much as possible along with our amazing dogs. I love every inch of my body, but my favorite body part is my back! My favorite workout is squats and deadlifts. I compete as a lightweight/middleweight masters strongwoman competitor. I’ve been competing for two years, starting in 2016 with my first novice competition for ladies lift in VA. Forcing myself to step out of my comfort zone, I placed reasonably well. The more I train the more I love this sport! Setting two records for the log press and driven to set the bar even higher as prepare for another chance at nationals in June. My Goal is to become a pro or even get a shot at going to the Arnold Classics. My favorite food is anything with peanut butter on it! Who inspires me I would have to say my mom. She is strong in a different way that has made me the woman I am today.”

Win or lose she is always a champion and an inspiration to those around her.
